Vision
In March of 1999, Mrs. Angela Nicholas answered the call of the Holy Spirit and opened Triple D's Christian Academy, naming it after her three children. Her goal was to have a later cut-off date for school entry, due to all three of her children having late birthdays and still successfully completing their grades without difficulty. Later cut-off dates are especially important at Triple D's, as the school is surrounded by a diverse military population whose children may be held back by the state of Florida due to varying start dates in other states. Being the spouse of a retired military member, Mrs. Nicholas wished to meet the needs of these military families.
In addition to serving our military families, Mrs. Nicholas also wished her school to follow the Carden Method. Through the use of the Carden Method, Triple D's accomodates the various learning styles of each child and assists the child to grow at his or her own pace. The children are provided with the tools essential to their success through the early intervention of literature, poems, numbers, mathematics, art appreciation, music, writing, physical development, and French. Each classroom environment is structured in a way that makes each child feel welcomed and motivated to work to the best of his or her ability. We believe that in order for the child to be successful in school and beyond, they should have significant room for emotional, social, and physical development.
Triple D's Christian Academy started off with an infant room and has progressed to our current K3 through 6th grade. Our extended-day program is also provided and is open to our local elementary schools. We will, as God prepares the way, expand our buildings and programs in the coming years to include an extensive after-school activities/gymnasium building.

Philosophy
Triple D's is a school of excellence which provides an atmosphere of learning that is pleasant and enjoyable. We strive to provide a foundation of self-respect, and a love for learning. It is our desire that your child will leave us with the tools necessary to equip them for life-long learning. All children are welcome at our school regardless of race, gender, religion, or socio-economic status.
